► WEEKLY ENROLLMENT:
In response to your requests, weekly enrollment will be accepted at the following rates and conditions.

Please note the sites and programs for the weeks chosen and the non-refundable deposit of $100 per camper which applies to the total camp fees.


A T-shirt is required at $10 per camper. * weeks 4 and 8 are Grand Trip weeks.


Early Bird [EB] prices are valid if registered by March 15.

Camp Hours

Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm


Carpool Policy

Campers cannot be dropped off prior to 8:45 am or picked up after 3:45 pm without specific authorization by the program director. Such arrangements will incur a fee (to be determined) for proper supervision. Repeated non-adherence to this schedule without arrangements will be subject to a $15 per quarter hour fee. Non-payment as requested will result in the removal of camper(s) without any refund.


Camp Program Locations

For each session, the boys program and girls program are housed at separate campuses, the specific locations of which are listed. For carpool information, the two campuses are just over 4 miles apart, with a drive time of approximately 10-12 minutes. The full address of each location follows. Transportation

There is no bus transportation available through the camp. However, if you contact individual program directors, they can try to assist with furnishing parent names for potential carpools.


Early Bird Special

Register by March 15, 2011 and save $50 per child as indicated in the rates section.


Loyalty Special

Returning Camper Loyalty Discount - Register by April 30 and save $25 per camper per session.

Weekly Registration Returning Camper Loyalty Discount - Register by April 30 save $25 per camper registered for at least 4 weeks.


Multi-Child Discount

A multi-child discount is offered for full summer enrollees (applies only to children attending both sessions). Save $50 per child for the second and each additional child.


Payment Information

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per camper is required with the enrollment application to hold a space for your child.
The deposit applies to your camp fees. 

All fees must be paid in full by the dates specified in the program details above. Campers will not be admitted until payment is received.. 

In response to your requests payment accepted via check or credit card. 

Payment by check:
All checks should be made payable to Camp Shalom. Include the total deposit for each child per session attending with the enrollment application. The office will verify all charges and send an invoice via e-mail. Post dated checks for the full balance due (separate checks for Session I and Session II may be remitted) must be sent to finalize registration. 

Payment by credit card:
Please furnish all required credit card information as requested on the Credit Card Authorization Form. The card will be charged the deposit amount upon receipt of enrollment form. The office will verify the total charges and send an invoice via e-mail. The credit card on file will be charged the balance due for Session I on June 13 and the balance due for Session II on July 11.


Refunds

There are no refunds for camper withdrawals after the published payment due date for each session. Under extenuating circumstances, an appeal letter may be submitted for consideration. Refunds of the deposit or for partial weeks missed will not be considered.


E-mail Correspondence

All parents must furnish a valid and frequently checked e-mail. The camp administration will send most communications, including additional camp forms, important notices, and camp fee bills via e-mail. In addition, the program directors will send schedule changes, trip and event notices, weekly newsletters and other information via e-mail. Should a family not have access to e-mail, please make sure that alternative arrangements are made.


Medical Information

A separate medical form must be filled out for EACH CHILD and received in the office as early as possible before the start of camp. Due to State of Maryland regulations, campers will not be permitted to attend if medical forms are not on file before the first day of camp. The form can be downloaded here.
